. . . "30's AND UPWARDS" For the younger generation there is enough to do in Berlin, but what about those of you who are 30's and upwards? We can suggest your overnight stay in a Hotel Pension with reasonable room rates in the Berlin city center. The hotel building was originally an apartment building at the turn of the century. The rooms are equipped with a shower and lavatory, hairdryer, telephone, a safe and cable TV. Prices range from € 53 in a single room to € 67 in a double room. A rich breakfast is included in this price. We could organise a 3 hour private guided tour of the highlights of Berlin or if the weather permits a 3 hour historical boat tour with a private guide on your arrival date. Afterwards, you could spend the rest of the day shopping and in the evening you may like to have dinner and drinks at the Hard Rock Café. On the next day, for all you Harley Davidson fans out there - how about renting a Harley for the day, weather permitting, of course. Drive around the city and the outskirts and meet up with fellow bikers. Rent a Wide Glide, Heritage Springer, Sportster - or a Fat Boy i.e. for approx. € 115 for the day ! In case of bad weather we could offer a tour through the original radiation proof bunker in the heart of the city. Learn about Berlin in the 1920's, the Third Reich, the Divided City, the Berlin Wall and the bunker. Evening - good weather Harley tour: Enjoy a dinner out at one of the lakes. Evening - bad weather tour: you could take a visit to what was once a depot for streetcars/tramways between 1899 - 1901 where you can see oldtimers and collector cars and enjoy an evening meal all at the same time. On the third day, if you are leaving in the early afternoon, we could suggest a nice Italian brunch (if on a Sunday) or a lunch before you make your way to the airport for departure. Should you not have a license to drive a motorcycle, then we can arrange the bad weather package for you.
